Eric Stibora- President
Eric Stibora joined Anderson in 2008. Eric has held many positions within Anderson over the years from process engineering to service to sales to marketing supporting oilseed and feed clients worldwide. Eric was promoted to President in 2026. Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering degree from The Ohio State University.
Tim Ward- Controller
Timothy Ward joined Anderson in January 2026. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Akron and brings 14 years of accounting experience, primarily serving manufacturing companies. His extensive background provides valuable expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, and operational finance.
Brittany Knopf- Director of HR
Brittany Knopf joined Anderson in 2026 as Human Resources & Accounting Manager. Brittany has worked in dual HR and Accounting roles for over 15 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Walsh University.
Dean O’Malley- Director of Operations
Dean O’Malley joined Anderson in 2024 as the operations manager and was promoted to Director of Operations in the spring of 2025. Dean has spent 21 years in manufacturing operations including 11 years owning a manufacturing company which was acquired by private equity in 2018. Dean has an extensive background and in-depth process knowledge of machining, vertical integration, and OEM product realization. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kent State University. His passion is advocating career paths in skilled trades such as machining and welding. Dean has volunteered time on several manufacturing boards at local trade schools
Samuel Stone- Vice President of Polymer Sales, Service & Marketing
Sam Stone joined Anderson in 2015. Sam has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of various polymers including and not limited to rubber production and finishing lines. Sam is recognized as an industry expert by Customers worldwide for his process knowledge
Chase Shick- Director of Continuous Improvement
Chase Shick joined Anderson in 2022. Chase has over 18 years of manufacturing and quality experience. Chase has a deep understanding of quality management systems, ISO standards and manufacturing operations, keeping Anderson on the leading edge in quality, compliance and operational efficiency and productivity.
